Customer Service
Our goal at Palmetto Sports & Outdoors is to save our customers money and offer quick delivery time. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours. Shipment times vary from 10-14 days, after payment has cleared, depending on location and product availability. If part of an order happens to be on backorder, we will try to notify the customer before shipment, otherwise there will be notification included with the order. Charges will only apply to in-stock items that are shipped. Please send any questions you may have via e-mail to: customer_service@palmettosportsoutdoors.com. We check our e-mail throughout the day, six days a week and will respond as quickly as possible. Otherwise, call us at:(803)793-4136 Mon.-Fri. 8:30am-5:00pm EST. We do not take phone calls on Saturday(family day) or Sunday(the Lords Day).
