Store Policies Normal returns can be made within 7 days of the original invoice date for Merchandise Exchange Only. We can only accept returns for refund if the incorrect item was shipped. If the incorrect item was purchased, then the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and possible restocking fee that will be deducted before refunds are made. If the mistake in shipping/processing is ours, we will take all necessary steps to correct the problem at no cost to the customer. Our customers satisfaction is a main priority. Please E-Mail us at customer_service@palmettosportsoutdoors.com if there is a problem with a shipment and we will provide instructions and an RMA Number(Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns can NOT be accepted without an RMA Number. Warranty issues are normally handled by the item manufacturer once an item has been opened/used. Products that have a factory warranty will have that information included in the original product packaging. All warranted items are returned to the manufacturer. |
